InfoTor has a clearly defined, six-step design cycle through which it works closely with the client to be sure all client interests are addressed.

  1. Information Gathering
    • Requirement listing (see Design Assistant)
    • Interface options
    • Long range goals
    • Short term goals
    • Likes and dislikes
  2. InfoTor Analysis/Research and Cost Estimates
    • Determine best match with provider to meet client needs and requirements
    • InfoTor review of any existing materials
    • InfoTor research on sites with similar needs
    • Presentation of proposed work plan and solution list
  3. Design Comp Development
    • InfoTor will develop three mock-ups of client’s new web site interface with a top-level page design and a sub-page design (Intermediate & Advanced pckgs)
    • Client will view mockups and give feedback to guide InfoTor on phase 2 mock-up which will incorporate all aspects of original mock-ups based on client feedback and suggestions
    • InfoTor presents design comp draft for final client reactions and revisions

 
   
   
  1. Client Review
    • Client reviews minimal functioning web site mock-up and gives feedback
    • Client submits any final web site requirements or needs
  2. Production and Deployment
    • InfoTor contracts with ISP hosting service
    • InfoTor finalizes web site components and moves web site components to hosting site
    • Client and designee test deployed web site pages
    • InfoTor makes any final adjustments to site
  3. Web Site Maintenance and Support
    • InfoTor maintains site for two weeks after initial launch
    • InfoTor and client make final arrangements for continued maintenance of web site
    • Client signs off on acceptance of completed web site
    • Client maintains site or contracts InfoTor for continued support
