As part of the information gathering process and to help the client to be clear about the purpose of creating or redesigning a web site, InfoTor asks that all clients complete the Web Site Design Assistant form.

The link on the right will take you to an online PDF form. You can either fill the form out (in the editiable fields on the right side of the Assistant document) and print the form to send in to your InfoTor contact or you can save the form to your local computer, fill out the form offline, save the form with your name, and send it to your InfoTor contact as an e-mail attachment.
