Our other cooking adventure outside in the backyard came later during our first week in Tuscany when we purchased some prepared kabobs - you guessed it: at the Coop grocery store! - and cooked them on the grill.

Not quite as adventurous as cooking in the brick oven, but fun, nonetheless... and, no ashes!
